WESTERN FUNDS HELPED construct the Malawi regional headquarters building in the Zambia and Malawi Territory (left). “Without the generosity of the USA Western Territory our new headquarters would have remained only a dream,” stated Regional Commander Major Malcolm Forster.

(RIGHT): Commissioners David and Doreen Edwards dedicated the building last fall when it was under construction. Edwards and Forster display one of the flags sent by the Torrance, CA, Corps to the region. With them are Commissioner Doreen Edwards, Major Valerie Forster, Captain Ted Horwood and regional officers.
