Effective March 1, 2000, the following officers have been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel:
Lt. Colonels Don and Debora Bell, Sierra Del Mar divisional commander and director of women’s organizations, respectively.
Lt. Colonels Kurt and Alicia Burger, Cascade divisional commander and director of women’s organizations, respectively.
Lt. Colonels Don and Jan Mowery, Hawaii and Pacific Islands divisional commander and director of women’s organizations, respectively.
