Richland, Washington dedicates new building

One hundred twenty-five people attended the event, which celebrated the construction of the new corps community center. The 13,000 square foot building, which replaced one destroyed in a fire in 2002, includes a multipurpose room, drop-in center, classrooms, and a kitchen.
