Chester Lansing, father of Major Charleen Bradley and brother-in-law of Commissioner Orval A. Taylor (R), was recently promoted to Glory. He was 83 years of age. Chet was a successful graduate of the Lytton Boys’ and Girls’ Home, having spent all his youth there. A memorial scholarship fund for youth music has been set up at the Hayward Corps.
