Leadership moves announced

Changes effective July 16, 2008.

Territorial Commander Commissioner Philip Swyers announced that General Shaw Clifton has approved the following leadership appointments, all of which are effective July 16, 2008.

Majors David and Sharron Hudson are appointed Territorial Secretary for Personnel, and Community Care Ministries and Women’s Auxiliary Secretary, respectability. Major David Hudson currently is Hawaiian and Pacific Islands Divisional Commander and Major Sharron Hudson serves as Director of Women’s Ministries.

Lt. Colonels Douglas and Diane O’Brien are appointed Northwest Divisional Commander and Director of Women’s Ministries, respectively. Currently, Lt. Colonel Douglas O’Brien is Sierra Del Mar Divisional Commander and Lt. Colonel Diane O’Brien is Director of Women’s Ministries.

Major Linda Markiewicz, now Del Oro Divisional Commander, is appointed the Sierra Del Mar Divisional Commander.

Majors Victor and Rose-Marie Leslie are appointed Southern California Divisional Commander and Director of Women’s Ministries, respectively. Major Victor Leslie is currently Territorial Finance Secretary and Major Rose-Marie Leslie is Assistant Territorial Women’s Ministries Secretary and Fellowship of the Silver Star Secretary.

Majors Victor and Joan Doughty are appointed Intermountain Divisional Commander and Director of Women’s Ministries, respectively. Currently, Major Victor Doughty is Assistant Territorial Secretary for Business Administration and Major Joan Doughty is Executive Assistant to the President for Women’s Ministries, Older Adult Ministries Secretary, and Cradle Roll Secretary.

Majors Douglas and Rhode Danielson are appointed Southwest Divisional Commander and Director of Women’s Ministries, respectively. They currently serve as Capital Divisional Commander and Director of Women’s Ministries, respectively, in the Mexico Territory.

Captains Edward and Shelley Hill are appointed Hawaiian and Pacific Islands Divisional Commander and Director of Women’s Ministries, respectively. Currently, they are Pasadena, Calif., corps officers.

Captains Douglas and Colleen Riley are appointed Del Oro Divisional Commander and Director of Women’s Ministires, respectively. Captain Douglas Riley currently serves as Del Oro Divisional Secretary for Business and Captain Colleen Riley is Candidates’ Secretary, Corps Cadet Counselor, Current Issues Representative, and Camp Ministry Secretary.
