Looking for ways to share your zeal for spiritual warfare with your Spanish speaking neighbors? Look no further; Phil Wall’s Lucharé is now available in Spanish. Editorial Portavoz has undertaken the translation project and the book is being widely distributed across the Western Hemphis-phere.
In the book’s foreword, General Paul Rader (R) observes the following: “What Phil Wall says so compellingly makes sense of the Army’s radical rhetoric that echoes an earlier and more chauvinistic age, and yes, was never more urgently relevant, in the face of the ever-intensifying spiritual struggle of our time to resist the stranglehold of Satan on so much of our cultural experience.”
Phil Wall suggests that when holiness is at war, there is a battle for: the mind “No quarter can be given to allowing our minds to be enslaved by the spirit of the day,” the heart “It is a tragedy that the myths of the romance market, often propagated by the music world and publications that pour out this literary drivel have become the operating principle for many people’s lives,” and the will “Without developing certain disciplines we stand little or no chance of behaving anything like Jesus.” I’ll Fight is a timely reminder of the dangers of becoming a social club instead of a fighting machine against the ‘forts of darkness.’
