GlendaleThe Cross Trainers (corps cadets) of the Glendale Corps, AZ, have proven they are long-term, dedicated winners. For five consecutive years, they have won the Divisional Commander’s Award as the top brigade in the division.

Most recently, they won the territorial award for the highest points of all Cross Trainers in the Western Territory.

The award was presented to Corps Officer Major Margaret Peacock and the brigade by Colonel Donald Sather, secretary for personnel, at the recent Southwest Divisional Youth Councils.

“The members not only do their lessons, they regularly participate in the worship services, help lead vacation Bible school, and help with the drive-through distribution at Christmas,” said Corps Officer Major Rick Peacock.
