Colonel Robert Tobin, retired, a friend of many in the territory was promoted to Glory on Saturday, October 19, 2002 about 1:00 p.m. Mrs. Colonel Marianne Tobin and his sister Commissioner Doris Noland were at his bedside at the time of his passing. He went peacefully as his sister sang to him. Continue to keep Mrs. Tobin, children, James, Linda and David as well as the Noland family in your prayers during this time of loss. Cards of condolences may be sent to Mrs. Colonel Marianne Tobin at 13002 ­ 14th Place N.E., Seattle, WA 98125.

There is no immediate funeral service schedule at this time. Commissioner Joe Noland will officiate at a memorial service at the Pasadena Tabernacle at 3:00 pm on Sunday, November 3,2002.
