SOUTHWEST DIVISION–SILVERCREST RESIDENT MANAGERS: Must have experience in property maintenance; training and experience in HUD occupancy requirements (4350.3) and apartment management preferred. Will train in HUD occupancy requirements if necessary. Pay $28,000-$32,000 per couple (DOE) plus housing and telephone. Responsibilities: Manage HUD subsidized apartments for the elderly, process certification of applicants for HUD subsidy, maintain property and prepare apartments for rental.
