On May 25, 2005, nine officers from The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilita-tion Centers Command celebrated a time of commitment after completing the year-long Administrator Development Program (ADP).

Officers with varying experiences—some on the field for 30 plus years—as well as officers commissioned from SFOT in 2004, were all a part of this graduating class.

The year-long program consists of training and education in the ministry and business of the territory’s 24 Adult Rehabilitation Centers, which are under the leadership of Majors Ron and Pam Strickland, ARC commander and command secretary for Officer Personnel; and Majors John and Katherine Reed, command secretary for Program and ADP coordinator.

Those certified were: Majors Steve and Judie Owen, Captains Mark and Noelle Nelson, Captain Sylvan and Nathalie Young, Captain David Leonard, and Captains Cory and Paula Paine.
