WARM COATS FIND welcome wearers at Salvation Army community centers through the WARM 106.9 FM

Warm Coats for Kids drive.Approximately 1,200 brand-new and/or gently used winter coats were donated to Salvation Army community centers throughout Washington State’s King County by the WARM 106.9 FM Warm Coats For Kids drive.

The coats were distributed to low-income children attending youth programs at King County corps as well as to children whose families are going through our Homeless Family Assistance program.

“The Warm Coats drive is truly a blessing for the Army and these children. Some of the children that we work with don’t even have winter coats and so for them to be able to get a brand new coat is really amazing,” said Seattle White Center Corps Director Major Maynard Sargent.
