THE SANTA ROSA CORPS, CA, recently enrolled 17 senior soldiers. “It was a day of much spiritual joy as each soldier answered the call of God and joined the ranks of The Salvation Army,” said Pedro and Polly Garcia, directors of Latino ministries.
