Harlyne J. Norris will be honored as “Sage of the Year 2001” at the 5th Annual Salvation Army Sage House Gala on Saturday, June 2, at the Hilton Hotel in San Pedro, Calif.

“Proceeds from this gala event will benefit the Army’s Sage House,” said San Pedro Corps Officer Capt. Raymond Erickson-King. Sage House is a state licensed adult day care center that serves the needs of frail older adults who can benefit from supervised hours of care outside the home and who enjoy social interaction with their peers in a safe, friendly and structured environment.
