Commissioner Peter H. Chang has announced the appointment of Lt. Colonels Bill and Barbara Hunter to the USA Eastern Territory, effective July 1, 1997.
Lt. Colonel R. William Hunter will serve as Secretary for Program and Lt. Colonel Barbara Hunter will serve as Assistant Secretary for Program.
The Hunters currently are on special assignment in the Northwest Division. Prior to that, Hunter served as General Secretary for the Russia/Commonwealth of Indepen-dent States Command and Mrs. Hunter served as Secretary for Women’s Organizations.
