Delegates from all divisions in the West attended the National Veterans Administration (VA) Voluntary Services Conference held in Tucson, AZ.
This year’s theme was ‘Joining Hands,’ and throughout the week delegates learned how to implement the connection between the VA and The Salvation Army, one of the member service organizations.
Delegates included: Colonel Esther Sather, Major Candice Frizzell, Major Joy Lum, Major Bonita Rider, Major Betsy Kyle, Major Florence Murray, Captain Rhonda Lloyd, Captain Jolene Hodder, Capt. Cindy Anderson, Captain Stella Parker, Captain Don Warriner, Major Frank Ruml, and Mr. Tim Popp.
