COMMITMENT–(l-r) Jan Landstrom, Orange County Command, Drake Theroux, Steve Reinemund Jr., son of the immediate past chair of the National Advisory Board, and San Francisco Advisory Board Chair Mary Theroux, Drake’s mother, attended a breakfast meeting of the San Francisco Board. Teenage volunteers, who attended the meeting with their parents, heard Reinemund talk about his pet project, student advisory councils. His goal is to initiate 10 new student advisory councils by the next National Advisory Organizations Conference.
