The following move have been announced by territorial leadership: Major Ron Strickland, currently serving as Adult Rehabilitation Centers Commander, appointed as Territorial Secretary for Business Administration-Designate, effective June 27, 2007; then Territorial Secretary for Business Administration, effective September 1, 2007; Major Pamela Strickland, currently serving as Director of Special Services, ARC Command, appointed as Associate Secretary for Program, effective June 27, 2007; Captain Man-Hee Chang, currently serving as ARC Administrator, Riverside County, Calif., appointed as Adult Rehabilitation Centers Commander, effective June 27, 2007; Captain Stepahnie Chang, currently serving as Director of Special Services, Riverside County, Calif., appointed as Director of Special Services, ARC Command, effective June 27, 2007.
