Territorial Commander Commissioner David Edwards welcomed the Army’s former international leaders, General Paul Rader and Commissioner Kay Rader, on their first return to the West since entering retirement. Both Raders participated extensively throughout the weekend in principal addresses, messages and challenges.

In introducing them to the large commencement audience, Edwards communicated a sense of genuine affection and admiration. He noted the significant contributions they had made during their time of territorial leadership contributions that still guide the territory’s continuing expansion and growth.

Greeted warmly, large crowds expressed their true fondness for the West’s former territorial leaders. The Raders themselves mingled freely throughout the weekend with good friends of earlier days and obviously enjoyed themselves considerably.
