Related skills include experience in identification of community and social service resources; grant writing and budget preparation; knowledge of statutes, regulations and guidelines applicable to personnel administration and government funding. EL PASO, TEXAS–Accountant: The El Paso County Command is seeking an accountant. The successful applicant will have two years of public or fund accounting experience with a Salvation Army unit, commercial company or non-profit organization operating on a multimillion dollar operating budget. Supervisory experience is a plus. Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively, while interacting with outside funding sources and managing personnel/payroll issues. BULLHEAD CITY, ARIZONA–Corps Assistant/Youth Director: Responsibilities: Establish and supervise youth and adult ministry programs. Assist with seasonal programs, including camp, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Recruit and train ministry teachers and leaders. Attend most public corps programs. Gather and record all corps programming statistics. Qualifications: applicant must be a Salvationist with experience in youth ministry and Salvation Army programs. High school diploma and current driver’s license with good driving record.

BULLHEAD CITY, ARIZONA–Family Services Caseworker: Responsibilities: interview clients to assess needs, provide assistance as eligibility and resources allow. Provide general counseling and refer to other agencies as needed. Administration of FEMA and Food Plus programs. Supervise Public Service Work program. Careful recording of all statistics on computer. Qualifications: High school diploma. Experience in social services with The Salvation Army or other non-profit agency.
