PROGRAM CONSULTANT–The Salvation Army World Service Office (SAWSO) seeks individual to provide technical assistance in the design, implementation, and evaluation of primary health care projects. Experience in implementing health programs in relief situations required. TERRITORIAL STATISTICIAN–Western Territorial Headquarters. The territorial statistician prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual comparison reports and acts as consultant to divisional statisticians, commands, and territorial departments in matters of statistical reporting and interpretation. The Territorial Statistician prepares the annual statistical reports for National and International Headquarters, and therefore reviews divisional and command consolidations, corps reports and maintains statistical data relating to all centers of operation. Qualified applicants must possess the ability to train others, have superior analytical, mathematical, and proofreading skills, and the ability to work independently. Ability to create extensive spread sheets and analyze the data with graphics is a must. A working knowledge of PC hardware and software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and FirstClass Client required, familiarity with Internet, text based computer systems (including Alpha Micro) preferred.
