You shall be fully responsible for the development and promotion of Creative and Christian Education ministries in the corps (music, drama, etc), working in close cooperation with the corps officer, the music board and other corps leaders to support the total ministry of the corps. The persons hired for these positions must be committed Salvationists. Leadership qualities should be strong with an ability to organize and direct special groups and to provide meaningful programs. The Creative Ministries Director must be a competent musician, skilled in all areas of music for adults and children and be familiar and aware of traditional and current musical trends in worship.
