If you enjoy working with young people, this position is for you. The Napa Corps is looking for a motivated married couple, or single male, to provide leadership for their youth programs, which include all areas of standard Salvation Army programming as well as dance, drama, ribbon twirling, etc. Napa Corps has a great team of leaders and lots of enthusiastic young people just waiting for you.
Position includes employment for both husband and wife (key exempt for lead position), housing arrangements and a floater vehicle for business purposes. Must be professing Christians and willing to abide by Salvation Army policy and procedures. Prior involvement/membership in The Salvation Army a bonus, but not required. Some previous experience working in structured youth programs required. Will also provide on-the-job training if necessary. Musical ability highly prized.
