Steve Allen was recently honored as the Southern California Divisional Employee of the Year. Pictured with Divisional Commander Lt. Col. Alfred R. Van Cleef, Steve is reviewing the divisional vision for social service ministries and programs throughout Southern California. According to Van Cleef, Steve “shares a vision that will include a strong Christ-centered spiritual program in every Salvation Army social service program in Southern California.”
