Major Judith Owen, corps officer at Colorado Springs,Colo., will be one of 100 officers from around the world to attend the coming eight-week session of the Army’s International College for Officers in London.

Held under the leadership of Colonel Brian Tuck, training principal, a panel of lecturers headed by the General and the Chief of the Staff includes officers and soldiers who are experts in various fields.

“I am excited about being at International Headquarters,” Owen says, “meeting officers in different circumstances, and learning more about the Army all over the world.”
