Recent graduates of Grand Junction, Colo.’s six-month adult rehabilitation program with Corps Officers Majors Dave and Jeannie Bowler (l) and Program Administrator Robert Deal (r). Sixteen of 19 graduates are shown from the program’s largest graduating class since its beginning in 1983. About 35-40 previous graduates, who have kept clean and sober, were in the audience of nearly 200 people.

“What a blessing,” said Major Jeannie Bowler, “as each graduate shared their story and testimony and thanked the officers and ARP staff for helping them with their addictions and teaching them of God’s love.”

Grand Junction’s ARP consists of two houses – one for 18 men and one for 10 women.
