MR. RICHARD (DICK) DAVIS is a resident of Rancho Mirage, CA, and Oakland, CA, and has had a lifetime career in real estate. As a team, he and his wife, Beverly, are dedicated philanthropists.

Mr. and Mrs. Davis are both on the Cathedral City Advisory Board; Mr. Davis since June 1997 and Mrs. Davis since September 2000. Mr. Davis has been active in the plans and funding for a Cathedral City Corps building.

MR. WILLIAM (BILL) RADUCHEL is the Chief Technology Officer at AOL. He resides in California and Virginia. Since The Salvation Army is one of his favorite charities, he is pleased to join the NAB.

Despite a busy schedule, Mr. Raduchel welcomes this new commitment, believing in the importance of giving back to society and finding the perfect opportunity to do so through the challenge of serving and assisting the Army.

MR. GADDI VASQUEZ joined the Orange County Advisory Board in 1992. He and his family reside in Orange, CA. Currently, Mr. Vasquez is a Division Vice President in the Public Affairs Department of Southern California Edison, and he serves as a reserve police officer.

He is a civic leader unsurpassed in his ability to see the needs of people and to meet those needs with innovative yet practical solutions.

MR. VERNON PARKER lives in Paradise Valley, AZ, and has been on the Army’s Phoenix Advisory Board since the end of 2000. As an attorney, he has been extensively involved in politics and has worked on a number of key White House and government assignments.

He is also a businessman and recently has served as president and CEO of an international nutritional supplement company.
