With 211 points, the South San Francisco Citadel Sunbeam troop was the territorial winner for achievement points for the 1999-2000 season. “No other troop came close,” said Assistant Territorial Youth Secretary Captain Millie Bearchell. “To reach achievement status, Sunbeams need to earn 55 points, so 211 is truly outstanding.”

Second place was Modesto Red Shield, also from the Golden State Division, with 134 points. Third place went to Petersburg, Alaska, with 131 points.

The Girl Guard first place award went to San Diego Citadel with 132 points. In second place was Petersberg, Alaska with 121 points. Fresno Citadel took third with 104 points.
