Major Judy Smith is appointed Territorial Secretary for Program with the rank of Lt. Colonel. Smith is currently assistant secretary for personnel officer services.

Lt. Colonal Eda Hokom is appointed divisional commander and divisional director of women’s ministries for the Cascade Division. Hokom currently serves as territorial secretary for program.
