HOSPITALITY HOUSE MANAGER–Orange County, Calif.The Salvation Army Orange County Coordinating Office is seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of Hospitality House (Emergency Shelter) Manager.

The Hospitality House Manager is responsible for the overall management of the daily operations of the Army’s Santa Ana Emergency Shelter, which provides shelter and meals to the homeless of Orange County. This position is also responsible to provide management and leadership to all staff, volunteers and clients, and shall take full responsibility for the upkeep of the facilities, give oversight to shelter programs and services, and provide complete and accurate records on services provided.

The shelter is located at 818 East Third St., Santa Ana, and houses 36 men and 20 women and children. This is a “live-in” management position. A one-bedroom apartment is available to the manager. Salary is negotiable and is based on experience and qualifications.

The shelter provides one of The Salvation Army’s best expressions of God’s love in action. Thus, it is critical that candidates fully embrace the spiritual dynamic of this program and its designed philosophy of ministry.
