The Southern Territory has announced that the Southern Bible Conference, held each summer in Lake Junaluska, North Carolina, will take place August 21-28, 2005. It will be a week of inspired preaching, Bible studies, outstanding music and special guests. Youth activities are available.

The 2005 theme is “Our Spiritual Service,” and will focus on how the Church expresses its faith through spiritual service (see Romans 12:1). The conference will include three key aspects of spiritual service: our spiritual worship, our expanding prayer, and our inclusive mission. Featured speakers and teachers will be Dr. Calvin Miller, Reverend David Smithers, Major Dean Hinson and Major Allan Hofer.

The youth section will be separated into age groups, allowing for a well-rounded program. Lake Junaluska has an accredited day care center on site.

Located in a beautiful setting, Lake Junaluska Conference and Retreat Center offers complete facilities and recreational opportunities. Their mission states: “Our hands are God’s Hands! We are called to be a Community of Hospitality, Beauty, and Ministry helping all people to experience God and grow as disciples of Jesus Christ.”

Join others from all over the world for a week of great fellowship, recreational activities and children’s activities. The conference is open to officers, soldiers and the public.
