Hoods to Hawaii
Commissioner David Edwards, territorial commander, has announced the following appointments, effective July 1, 2001 unless otherwise noted.
Lt. Colonels Olin and Dianne Hogan, currently divisional leaders of the Southwest Division, have been appointed command leaders of the Mexico Command. Lt. Col. Olin Hogan will serve as officer commanding, and Lt. Col. Dianne Hogan will serve as command president of women’s organizations. (Effective August 1, 2001)
Lt. Colonels Don and Janice Mowery, currently divisional leaders of the Hawaii and Pacific Islands Division, have been appointed Southwest divisional commander and divisional director of women’s organizations, respectively.
Majors Ralph and Ivy Hood will assume leadership of the Hawaii and Pacific Island Division as divisional commander and divisional director of women’s organizations, respectively. They currently serve as territorial property secretary and overseas children’s sponsorship director respectively.
