Following close consultation with General-elect Commissioner Shaw Clifton, General John Larsson has announced the following appointments for U.S. Western officers. All are effective July 1, 2006.

Majors Paul and Carol Seiler are appointed chief secretary and territorial secretary for women’s ministries, respectively, in the Central Territory, with promotion to the rank of Lt. Colonel. Major Paul Seiler currently serves as Southern California divisional commander; Major Carol Seiler is divisional strategic initiative coordinator and director of women’s ministries.

Majors Douglas and Rhode Danielson will be taking appointments in the Mexico Territory. They are now serving in the Latin America North Territory as chief secretary and territorial secretary for women’s ministries, respectively.

Majors Zoilo and Magali Pardo are appointed chief secretary and territorial secretary for women’s ministries in the Latin America North Territory. They currently serve as field secretary/training principal and director of special services, respectively, at the training school in the Mexico Territory.
