Effective April 1, 2003, Colonels William and Marilyn Francis, currently chief secretary and territorial secretary for women’s ministries in the USA Eastern Territory, are appointed international secretary for the Americas and the Caribbean, and zonal secretary for women’s ministries, with promotion to the rank of commissioner on 31 March and 1 April, respectively.
The appointments are in succession to Commissioners Siegfried and Inger-Lise Clausen, who will be entering retirement.
Colonels James and Carolyn Knaggs, currently the secretary for program and territorial league of mercy secretary in the USA Eastern Territory are appointed chief secretary and territorial secretary for women’s ministries in that territory.
