Lt. Colonels Robert F. and Carol J. Saunders have been appointed as Territorial Commander and Territorial President of Women’s Organizations in the Philippines Territory, with promotion to the rank of colonel effective November 1.
They currently serve as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Organizations in the Korea Territory, respectively.
