On behalf of Territorial Commander Commissioner David Edwards, the following appointment is announced: Majors Murray and Deborah Flagg will be returning to the Western Territory from IHQ and taking up their new appointments as trainees at the Anaheim Adult Rehabilitation Center, effective March 9, 1998.
