Since July 1, USA Western Territory officers Lt. Colonels Edward and Shelley Hill have served in the Singapore, Malaysia and Myanmar Territory as Chief Secretary and Territorial Secretary for Women’s Ministries, respectively. Prior to this, they served at USA Western
