Salvation Army and CalTrain spread holiday cheer

Salvation Army band members from San Francisco rode the train along with Santa, Rudolph, the gingerbread men, Frosty and an array of other characters.

They traveled to Santa Clara on the fully decorated and lit up train and joined the Santa Clara band in providing holiday music and cheer to over 400 people who journeyed out on the cold Saturday night to bring toys for the needy and to meet Santa.

Over 670 toys were collected.
