Commissioners James and Carolyn Knaggs

General Shaw Clifton has announced the appointment of Commissioners James and Carolyn Knaggs to the USA Western Territory, effective July 1, 2010. Commissioner James Knaggs will serve as territorial commander and Commissioner Carolyn Knaggs will serve as territorial president of women’s ministries.

They currently serve as Australia Southern territorial commander and territorial president of women’s ministries, respectively.
Commissioned as USA Eastern officers in 1976, previous appointments include those of divisional commander and associate divisional commander, respectively, for the Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware Division. They have also served as Eastern Territory secretary for personnel and territorial league of mercy secretary, and as Eastern Territory chief secretary and territorial secretary for women’s ministries, respectively.
