Commissioner David Edwards, territorial commander, announced the following appointments effective July 15, 2002:

Lt. Colonels Raymond and Carolyn Peacock, presently territorial secretary for program and league of mercy secretary, are appointed to be president/principal and campus services director of Crestmont College.

Lt. Colonels Douglas and Diane O’Brien, presently president/principal and campus services director of Crestmont College, are appointed divisional commander and divisional director of women’s organizations in the Sierra Del Mar Division.

Lt. Colonels Raymond and Marilyn Moulton, presently divisional commander and divisional director of women’s organizations in the Manitoba and Northwest Ontario Division, Canada and Bermuda Territory, are appointed territorial secretary for program and territorial league of mercy secretary.
