The New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga Territory is seeking to employ a Director of Creative Ministries to be based at its Territorial Headquarters in Wellington.
The successful applicant will need to display an ability to be:
Mission-focused
Servant-hearted
Creative
Innovative
Have an understanding and appreciation of contemporary musical groups including brass bands, choral groups and music teams; and a working knowledge of broader Creative Arts in a church context.
The successful applicant should also be a Soldier of The Salvation Army and be able to strategize and implement a plan, have a track record in management, including people management, marketing and facilitation skills, and be able to devise exciting learning experiences and events.
