I liked your thoughts in the “On the Corner” column “A transparent culture,” New Frontier (vol. 27, no. 20). Well written. I trust others in leadership will read and agree. It would be nice if our leaders here in the West saw it this way and demonstrated this trait. They have everything to gain by creating a culture like this in the territory.
