Chief of the Staff and General-elect Commissioner John Larsson announced that Commissioner Israel Gaither, USA Eastern territorial commander, will be his Chief of the Staff, effective November 13, 2002.
Commissioner Eva Gaither will be World Secretary for Women’s Ministries and World President of Salvation Army Scouts, Guides and Guards.
Commissioners Lawrence and Nancy Moretz, now leaders of the Central Territory, will be Eastern territorial leaders; Colonels Kenneth and Joy Baillie, now command leaders of the Eastern Europe Command, will be Central territorial leaders, with promotion to the rank of Commissioner, effective November 12 and 13, respectively.
